Fat grafting in Korea

I know most of the people on this forum that have gone through fat grafting have gotten it done in Thailand under the clinic who shall not be named, but would getting it done in an area like South Korea that specalizes in cosmetic surgery be a good alternative? I'm already planning to get some procedures done in Korea so I'd rather not split my ticket/travel between Thailand and Korea, so just wondering if it's wise to just get everything done in Korea and opt for some Korean fat grafting.

korea isnt bad for this sort of thing. most these clinics do lots of tissue work.
