I’m currently booked in for rattinan fat grafting + cantho this summer, girlfriend wants opinion on how much fat grafting could ascend her eye area and if it’s needed, she’s not convinced it would make much of a difference on her.

I don't think she should do fat grafting since her supraorbital rim is quite high as well as her eyebrows (the eyebrows in women are generally a bit higher above the rim and don't follow it like in men)

From what ive seen the low bf% going into it seems to matter the most in retaining, i mean theoretically if it was ridiculous and gunky and your skin elasticity didnt hold up well, you could simply massage it out with your fingers in most cases which is optimistic.
