Fat grafting will only last for 2 years
Doesn’t come close to saddle infra implants
Don't bother

Implants will last 6 months before you need to do a revision because of implant show and/or bone erosion

depends on ur base. i would start with a infra fatgraft and see how the fat settles its low risk and low price.

For me most died in my infras prolly gonna get a second sess end of the year tho.

Couldve been a mix of hyperpigmentation and a lack of volume, im pretty sure if they use hydroquinone it would look a bit better.

The under eyes pretty much look the same as her surrounding skin except for the cheeks, could be makeup smthin like blush idk but i see some bruising there too which means its probably done not too long ago either.

Either way you likely will have to get fat grafting if you get an implant, if you already have a recession in the infraorbital and considering that its thin skin there, its very likely to cause the implant to show which means that you will probably need some sort of fat grafting to try add some volume to prevent that aswell. I mean other factors are included too, like how much projection/size the implant gives because thats a big part of if it would cause implant show or even the amount of fat you already have there, if you lack fat, how thin the skin is etc...

Yes it should go away, how long ago did that person get it before the picture? was it like taken straight after/on the same day?

I dont see the lumps ngl, maybe im blind. Plus they are claiming something about the clinic using kybella without a patients permission? ik that kybella can cause bruising too, but why would they use it on the under eye if they were doing fat grafting? (where the arrow is pointing)

Either way the clinic she did it in seems sketchy and probably shit so yea.

There's like a tiny bump under her eye that's fat that is placed too superficially and/or not filtered enough
