(If I squint I can make my eyes look exactly like the 1 month mark which were essentially relaxed at the time. All photos are the same level of relaxed, probably 2-5% squint which is my natural state)
I had suboptimal lighting is all photos but i cbf finding better, in down light I have MOGGER lateral canthus crease.
Ignore the dry skin I’m hyper sensitive to anti biotics and the gook surgeon made me take them for 3 days post op, which in turn nuked my skin but ah well.

These photos mainly address my eyes, but my lips are maybe 10% fuller, but very disappointing.
Chin was utterly useless lol.
Shoulders were also utterly useless.

If you get this done, go to Rattinan Clinic in Bangkok and get your ass OVERFILLED to the max. That’s my only regret, being too conservative.

Standard filler prices, i went to an eye cosmetic surgeon. luckily did not charge me excess for injecting

I don’t think so, but perhaps - when I told him I wanted chin he didn’t say to dissolve the filler I have there, he just said to not add any in the time in between, I think it was like 6 months.
If I were you I’d get it dissolved so that you know how much grafting to put in.
There’s legit 0% chance of overfilling. ZERO.
Get as much as you can.
Get photos of what you want
Eg

And tell them you want it overfilled by roughly 130%. Meaning 30% beyond O’Pry’s level of hooding for example.

Implants for the majority, for me, grafts worked well as I had the support in the first place, HOWEVER, it’s also given me wildly impressive looking under eye support in the sense that it looks like my zygo, as in where it sits under my eye, is straight and super mogger, like it looks PSL 7 in certain lights, like paired with the hooding too it’s like the wish version of an O’Pry morph or some shit - obviously my actual features don’t reflect that so if you’re vision impaired, it looks top tier.
So in that sense, it’s acted like an infra orbital implant.
The reason I also didn’t want implants is that this comes from my own body and is somewhat natural, it feels real, it is real.

did you went under general anesthesia for this procedure? I have no clue what the approach on fat grafting is regarding recovery and stuff, if there is swelling like in an infraorbital rim implant.

But honestly, great results, fat graft for eye area is a goat procedure, mogs fillers to oblivion

Fucking excellent.
Now gather a heap of photos to use as desired results.
Don’t do what I did, don’t make a morph of yourself lol - instead yeah, use a model’s photo or something.
Overfill, don’t stress about how you look during it - your eyebrows will be raised and you’ll have WILD UEE from all the inflammation, this last 5 mins - also you’ll have perma UEE for like 3-5 weeks don’t stress like I did lol.
If you have the money, add PRP for increased graft survival rate, costs 15k baht.
Oh and imo 2 options when it comes to donor area; belly - hurts for a good week post op - incredibly tender but zero scarring as he hides it in belly button.
Lower back - doesn’t hurt really at all, but very obvious and visible scarring, any and all scarring is easily avoidable with GHK-Cu, just pin it in belly daily post op - I didn’t do this, but it is effective.
Also if you get bad scarring, you can always dermastamp + GHK-Cu a few months post op.
One of the most important things - wear the compression suit, I only wore mine for 2 weeks, huge mistake, the fat in the donor area is all “loose” post op, so if you don’t wear it, it will essentially pool into one or two areas, for me, I now have a legit chunk of fat below my belly button in like a soft rectangle shape jfl, nothing that aqualyx + Lipolab can’t fix though (also from back it all fell to my love handles).
Make sure you don’t squint for like 4 months post op (wear sunglasses), also no gym, no running, eat a fuck load of fatty food etc. try not to indulge too much on salt as it’ll make the swelling more severe.
Unless you’re ethnic, highly recommended getting a fuck load in your lips, major halo.

How long does this shit last? An year? Also with different lighting, it's difficult to tell the full changes from the fat grafts exclusively.

Eye area is something that is lighting dependent.

Indeed it’s different lighting and I agree 100%, however I try not to take too many photos of myself (severe BDD) so this is the best you’ll get lol.
I can see in the mirror, the change is wild.

Holy man, thank you very much for your advice! I also thought about getting PRP. I got some minor zygo filler that I would wanna get changed for fat aswell. My lips are too narrow I’ll consult the doctor and ask if he can make them appear wider without making me look like a russian doll. How did you manage to stay around the same weight without any actual workout? I suppose just ozempic and starve for some time? I just got jaw implants done, the ascension this year will be WILD.

That’s not a botch.
That’s the best result I’ve ever seen mogs mine to suicide.
I remember this was posted on instagram and someone made a thread about it here but most of the images were taken down, that dude was best case scenario.
Though to my knowledge he also had a lower lid retraction as well.

In future, it’s highly likely I’ll be going back for a top up (to achieve a result closer to that). Though I am totally content atm.

He didn’t have enough supraorbital bone mass to compensate.

I think I’m gonna go with fillers because I will only need a ml and it lasts 18 months first injection and 2-3 years on second.
It does cost £625 a ml though which sucks but if I can get the results I want with just 1 ml of filler i think going through a fat graft may be over the top , as for one I could get botched like that guy and it is also more invasive.
With fillers there’s virtually no risk.

Two questions if u or anyone knowledgeable about fat grafts could help out as im still new in my research for it:

1. Is doing both bimax and fat graft at the same time a bad idea or na? ive seen some consults have raffiani (or ramieri i forgot) put fat graft as part of his procedure bundle, but i also have heard that doing more procedures at the same time increases the risk for botching of either/both (both procedures are in different areas tho i guess)
2. Are some ppl's undereye/hollowing profiles worse than others for this procedure (if so, what are some traits they discussed with u during the consult that are unideal for the surgeon to work on or lead to most of the fat cells just straight up not surviving)? Ik @SteveRogers recommended showing them a pic of a celeb you want ur eye to look like, but im sure not everyone's eye area can improve to whatever u show them despite the procedure being the same
