Nice results bro i am planning to get fat transfer on my midface since i have a flat maxilla jfl. At what age do you recommend getting this and how much of your fat has been reabsorbed or metabolized. And if lets say 50% of the fat on your face goes away do you plan on getting a second session and i have been researching on this topic and i saw many cases of problems like lumps even years after fat transfer occurring when you put fat under your eyes since the skin is so thin. Nah that’s the benefit to fat grafting - however the skin can and will sag - just like all facial fat; as long as it sits above a bone then you’re sweet - and in the case of the hooding - I’m looking forward to the sagging.
But zero fat will be lost, it’s literally integrated 100% “natural” fat now.
