FAT GRAFTING TO ORBITALS RESULTS

Beautiful, this is what looksmaxing is about, congrats on your ascension brother.

I gotta ask, how did you figure out which exact surgeries you will need for your eye area? Personally im not sure if a canthoplasty or a canthopexy would suit me better.

I am making this thread because too many people keep messaging me about my results. I am now 4.5 months post op.

Bear in mind I got the surgery at 18, which is not allowed without parental consent in the country I got this done in. So I had to fake my parents e- signature to get this done. The minimum age without consent of parents in the country is 21.

I had:

Lateral Canthopexies
Bilateral Ptosis Repair Surgery

Fat Grafting to infras, supras/brow ridge

This surgery is done under local anaesthetic WITH sedation.

Before (I know bad angles but it’s the best I have)

I have seen numerous results of this surgery, and (not being arrogant) but I believe mine have been the most successful due to the fact I got ptosis repair and Canthopexy.

Also it is very important to realise this surgery is good, but results like mine are very dependent on your base.

Although my eyes dont look good at the before, you have to understand i had:
-Very good PFL (about 35-36mm)
-Positive canthal tilt (droopy upper lid and lower lid and lashes made it look negative, in the first pics which are at a bad camera angle)
-Very thick and dark brows
-Long lark and dense lashes

All of these things made my result look good, but not achievable for many. This is not me trying to be narcy, but giving people limitations so they’re not upset if their results are not like mine.

I can’t be bothered to say who performed this surgery, just search around on org and you will find out.

People compliment you more when u have nice eyes, so yeah this surgery is worth it.

The actual surgery is fine, as I said it’s local anaesthetic so I could talk to the surgeon throughout, you dont see anything. There was some pain when they did the liposuction on my lower back.

You get given fentanyl which is cool so I talked and was laughing with the surgeon about random stuff. You’re able to leave the clinic 1 hour after finishing the surgery.

Recovery is fine, your eyelashes might get caught on each other and make fluid build up and dry around ur eyes, which is annoying. Recovery just looks like u got punched in the face lol. After 2/3 weeks u look kinda normal, just a bit weird with swelling, no bruising, just puffy.

Also your eyebrows go super high and look gay for a few weeks lol.

The results are permanent. Some of the fat will be resorbed within the first 6 months, and all remaining fat will survive forever.

All of these surgeries are relatively safe, with little to no likely serious complications.

Main risks of the surgeries

Fat Grafting

Asymmetry
-Somewhat likely
-Can be fixed with more fat grafted in revision

Overfilling
-Can be common, depending on surgeon
-Kinda difficult to correct this, revision surgery needed

Lumps/Nodules
-Quite uncommon, but can happen
-Can be due to small amounts of fat necrosis, can be fixed non surgically in some cases
-Revision surgery can be needed

Fat necrosis
-Quite Unlikely
-Serious complication if widespread

Intravascular Injection
-Extremely rare, especially if surgeon is using blunt tip cannula, which they should be
-Very serious, can lead to blindness, and death

Lateral Canthopexy
Asymmetry
-Quite Likely
-Easy to fix with revision surgery

Ptosis Repair
Asymmetry
-Not that likely
-Hidden by fat anyways so not a big deal unless really bad

Body liposuction for grafted fat
Infection
-Rare, should never happen with good surgeon
-Very serious complication

Numbness
-Common
-I have it a bit and it’s not bad at all. Not serious.

There’s more potential complications but I can’t be bothered to list them, so google will work. But these surgeries are safe

Thanks for reading.

I don’t want to be intrusive but, how did your parents not notice what has happened to your eye area? It’s most likely impossible for them not to notice

They did lol. They were very angry.

first of all absolutely amazing results man, mirin hard

I'm planning to get a surgery for my area after I'm done leanmaxxing but at this point in my life I know too many people and I don't think I could handle the backlash after such dramatic results like this. I had a genio in the past but had 0 network when I was younger so didn't have to worry about subtlety of results.

my question is, which one of these 3 procedures do you think made the biggest difference? I need subtler results, and my eye area is already pretty decent too. I have minor UEE and shitty infras, probably will get fat grafting regardless, I'm just wondering how big of an impact cantho had in this case.

There’s no easy answer to this. I am very sure that even if one of these procedures was left out, my results would not be anywhere near as good.

All 3 procedures played their own part and were equally important in my case I believe

oh man I’m really worried for mine, I’m really unsure on what to do
I mean my parents were angry for a week or two then got used to it. They don’t care anymore.

Most of it is just shock, also I saw them only 3 weeks post op so I looked a lot worse, now I look a lot more normal.

You should be fine

my eye area is similar to your before this is giving me hope.

it looks good

However when you lean down it will impact your fat in that area where you got injected

Thats why this solution is only superficial if you are looking to get shredded, you would need an actual bone aka implant

if you dont want to get shredded and be a bit fat then its ok
You don't know what you are talking about.

You can come in fully shredded to prevent this. I did it at 9.6%.

yeah that’s kinda the point… im pointing out that it’s best to combine multiple procedures on the eyes for optimal results.

-Hidden by fat anyways so not a big deal unless really bad

Body liposuction for grafted fat
Infection
-Rare, should never happen with good surgeon
-Very serious complication

Numbness
-Common
-I have it a bit and it’s not bad at all. Not serious.

There’s more potential complications but I can’t be bothered to list them, so google will work. But these surgeries are safe

Thanks for reading.

hey Bro, where did you do that? and wich surgeon? If It was local say the location or give me a tip because im gonna do this shit, thanks for existing

Before (I know bad angles but it’s the best I have)
View attachment 4792589View attachment 4792590

After (Back camera, 6ft away so no lens distortion)
View attachment 4792594View attachment 4792595

After (mirror pic, first pic no squinting, second is squinting very slightly, so u can see the difference)
View attachment 4792592View attachment 4792593

After (selfie camera in sun and from down angle)
View attachment 4792591

There’s no easy answer to this. I am very sure that even if one of these procedures was left out, my results would not be anywhere near as good.

All 3 procedures played their own part and were equally important in my case I believe
is canthopexy and canthoplasty same thing or is it different

All of these surgeries are relatively safe, with little to no likely serious complications.

Main risks of the surgeries

Fat Grafting

Asymmetry
-Somewhat likely
-Can be fixed with more fat grafted in revision

Overfilling
-Can be common, depending on surgeon
-Kinda difficult to correct this, revision surgery needed

Lumps/Nodules
-Quite uncommon, but can happen
-Can be due to small amounts of fat necrosis, can be fixed non surgically in some cases
-Revision surgery can be needed

Fat necrosis
-Quite Unlikely
-Serious complication if widespread

Intravascular Injection
-Extremely rare, especially if surgeon is using blunt tip cannula, which they should be
-Very serious, can lead to blindness, and death

Lateral Canthopexy
Asymmetry
-Quite Likely
-Easy to fix with revision surgery

Ptosis Repair
Asymmetry
-Not that likely
-Hidden by fat anyways so not a big deal unless really bad

Body liposuction for grafted fat
Infection
-Rare, should never happen with good surgeon
-Very serious complication

Numbness
-Common
-I have it a bit and it’s not bad at all. Not serious.

There’s more potential complications but I can’t be bothered to list them, so google will work. But these surgeries are safe

Thanks for reading.

mirin the effort and the eyes,
By chance would you know if a surgery can widen PFL ? My PFL is pretty low and I talked with flare about it he said OBO, but I don’t even know if any surgeon pulled this off.

After (Back camera, 6ft away so no lens distortion)

After (mirror pic, first pic no squinting, second is squinting very slightly, so u can see the difference)

Recovery:

Yeah @WrathOfOlives was actually the guy who originally recommended that clinic as he got ptosis correction surgery there (if I remember correctly, I could be wrong)

Based they are a great clinic. Would probably still be very insecure of my eyes without u guys lol.

The nurses were mirin me before surgery and were very surprised that I was getting surgery at 18 without parents. Next time im in Bangkok i might slay one of them if I look good enough 😍

Did you get the prp with it too? Is it worth spending another 500 quid you think?
Yes I did PRP.

I mean I think it helped survival rate. There is some evidence from scientific papers to back this up. But not the best evidence lol.

It might be worth it idrk.

I came from my oculoplastic surgeon's consultation and was told I have clinically indicated ptosis repair surgery available for insurance(both eyes have ptosis with left being mild to severe). The surgeon I went to doesn't do fat-transfers, only bleph and ptosis corrections. I'm just wondering what I should do now. Get the repair and then at some later time get fat-graft(need them for inner's supras and infras).
The surgeon also said that some fat would be removed from the upper-eyelid with ptosis repair, I told her I wouldn't like that. What do?

They shouldn’t need to take a large or noticeable portion of fat.

Just do it at the same time with the same surgeon i went to tbh.

I don't think my insurance will cover it if I go to your clinic? Need to figure this out.
The need for the repair surgery is both for field of vision and aesthetics so it comes as a priority. Fat grafting is for my dark(mild) under-eyes and hollowed out supras close to medial canth.
