Can't fat grafting to the supras and infras just easily ascend any eye area, with it being a moderately high inhib hardmax option in terms of eye area fixes?

Yes, fat grafting's pretty GOATed from what I've heard (haven't done it myself, so take a grain of salt with what I say).

For example, if you have no browridge, having good fat pads can still make sure you have minimal UEE (and thus make your brows appear lower set).

Chico Lachowski is an insane example of this - very feminine browridge slope from the side, but since he has really good fat pads around his eyes, he still has a mogger eye area.

This is also important because some people might have fucked up fat distribution.

We know that being lean is law when it comes to looking attractive, and that losing overall body fat means you lose fat in your face too - but what if you're fat distribution already stores less fat around your eyes?

If that's the case, then when you go lean your eye area is going to be cooked. So getting lean, then getting fat grafting to the eye area is pretty good method to solve this.
