Fat grafts vs HA for UEE

I'm pretty new with surgery stuff, usually focus on softmaxxing.
But UEE is basically untreatable without surgery.
I already have very good hooding + deep set eyes (plus PCT, turquoise eyes), but due to super UEE being in my genepool, I got UEE.

To my knowledge, it's either hydrochloric acid or fat grafts.
Has anyone got this done? Or does anyone have an info on prices, longevity etc?
I'm also planning on getting a subnasal lip lift (14/15mm philtrum to 10mm) and hairline lowering/hair transplant (4 fingers down to 3)

Nah I have okayish under eye support, I mean literally, whilst I have a prominent brow ridge, I still have UEE due to a lack of fat inbetween my eye and brow ridge

Fat graft last longer and are somewhat riskier ? It costs more money... And I guess a decent surgeon would say no if you're too young / not subhuman enough. Around 3 / 4K €

HA are cheap and last a year. Something like 200 / 400 €

So basically, Under eye area lipo filling costs the same as 10 years HA injections.
I'd go with fillers.

fat grafts aren't dangerous, they're relatively safe. And last i checked they cost $1200

Yeah, I more so meant prominent brow ridge,
I have the same ogee curve as Khabib (very similar zygos and brow ridge)
