Fat grafts w/ Spadoni or infras w/ Ramieri? (PICS/SCANS)

Hi, been lurking for a while and I'm finally getting trimax with Ramieri in june after I finish decomp next month. Thing is on top of being recessed my undereye area is subhuman and I want to fix it at the same time since I can.

I'm considering either infras or fat grafts, since I can't get both at the same time for budget reasons. I also don't want to get any other surgeries after this one, the idea is to just get to mtn and live my life without rotting on here anymore.

I've consulted with Spadoni (Ramieri's bestie) for fat grafts, he said he can both overfill and/or do nano fat grafts to fix the negative vector, and although he recommends doing both, he reckons that fat graft would be enough if I'm lucky and the fat mostly stays. Cost is 2.5k euros on top of the custom trimax and hospital fees, so 20k total.

I haven't consulted with Ramieri for the implants yet (only trimax) but I'm planning on doing it post decomp as we finalize the surgical planning. He told me in dm that they would be custom made in peek, and the cost is 6k on top of the base trimax, so 24k total.

Negative vector would indicate there’s a bone problem, probably address that first then follow up w the grafts

Do fat, or some pther eye surgery the bone isnt the problem even if your eye are a little bit bulge out. Also rams designer isnt the best

I mean you might need bleph, you def have a lack of fat but the circle arpund the eye also bulge out slightly idicaring the orbital septum collapses or gonna collapse even more with age. This you can fix with bleph. Then they can reposition the fat in the area which is even better. And add if its needed. Spadoni probably does it too. Do that first

I mean a bleph can be done now, bleph is really just a procedure adjusting the septum and repositioning fat, it can also lift skin slightly
