Healthy fats are not a foreign object to our body and is actually beneficial for growth.
For example, henry Cavill used to be called "Fat Cavill" during puberty and is now stronger and more handsome then 99% of people. Another example is me, during puberty i ate alot of fats for example raw milk, cheese honey (I grew up around farms and raw dairy was normal unlike the world now) I also did other things in puberty that may have helped like 4+ hours of sun a day but I think that fatty foods ay have been a massive help.
What to eat
Raw honey, Raw milk, Dates, Sweet oranges/mandarins, Melons, Sugar cane juice, Palm and coconut sugar, Mexican cokes (Palm sugar) Traditional ice cream, preferably with no artificial sweeteners or colors.
DISCLAIMER
Maintain a 10-20 percent body fat, and also mainly follow this in summer (Depends where you and your ancestors are from) to bulk up for winter like we naturally would. Also research the Ray Peat diet for more.
