Minimal difference. Only thing you might see which I noticed is debloating on the nose bridge when losing weight but except from that look at people who are 400lb+ all their noses are normal size

I’m Alr like 15 percent so I prob shouldn’t expect any shrinkage should I?

There is a small fat pad within the nose tip but i doubt fat loss leads to significant shrinkage. Not sure if your problem is either nose bridge, nose tip or both. If its nose tip theres a lot of easy shrinking methods on here using topical solutions, if its nose bridge either debloat or rhinoplasty is the other option.
