i dieted from %25 to legit true %15 and it still is easy to eat 1500 calories
11:00 - 300g chicken liver with onions total weight 70g protein
midday - 300-500g watery fruit of choice
19:00 - 5 skin removed chicken drumsticks with 350g baked potatoes 85g protein
the liver is kinda dry because im losing fat i made it with very low fat and it sits on your stomach for long so you never get hungry
the last meal is self explanatory it keeps you full for 6-7 hours if you drink lots of water
