Honestly, fat loss > muscle gain when it comes to actually looking good.
You can have decent muscles, but if you’re soft or carrying extra fat, it hides bonestructure and shoulders, chest.
Get lean first, and your face wil look better and your frame looks sharper, and people actually notice the work you put in.
After that, adding muscle just makes everything even better. Trust me, most guys waste years bulking without ever seeing the visual impact they want.
