Anyone knows how i can stay more consistent with my diets, at some points i just feel so fucking hungry and overeat, I've tried apple sauce, potato wedges,coke zero, skyr, cottage cheese and everything under the sun but can't get the binges in control
Currently like 21% bfp so not that bad but yesterday I downed like 3k kcal
