if ur bout to hit shoulders, bicep chest in session and plan to do 2 movements for each, and ur current split it is

chest movement 1

chest movement 2

bicep movement 1

bicep movement 2

shoulder movement 1

shoulder movement 2

instead mix it up like ts so each muscle group gets more recovery time

chest movement 1

bicep movement 1

shoulder movement 1

chest movement 2

bicep movement 2

shoulder movement 2

obviously prioritise ur goal muscle groups and ur more enjoyed movements as those are the sets u can do best on, this only applies if all movements are at the same level of enjoyment for u.
