That’s my solution to it. Probably going to pay for this with my health long term but for now, every time I get 5kg overweight I just blast DNP for a few weeks.

My biggest concern is the heavy metal content in it and the purity in general. The vast majority of DNP we are buying is synthesized in China with 0 quality control.

tbh losing weight is easy, its just that I need to find another source of dopamine to keep me going else the depression is unbearable

eat low calorie dense tasty foods, ditch the kfc, pizza hut and mc donalds, look for any restaurant that has 'healthy' in its name. And order food from there, restaurants like that have tasty low calorie food.

Eat like 1900 calories a day, you'll feel full and be able to lose weight

i am basically NEET so I have time to cook my own fresh food every day.
problem is not my diet, problem is that I eat ice-cream/sweets/chips/alcohol when my depression is peaking .... on top of my diet.

i remember back in the day I used to eat a lot of popcorn in those moments, since (salted) popcorn is very low kcal density for the amount you eat.

I will go back to that, it mogged. idk why i stopped.

if you don't mind me asking (we can talk in pms if u want) but why are u depressed?

mental trauma from parental child abuse + bullying + inceldom as a child/teenager/young adult.

and now I can't form real social connection and I feel completely lost, nothing seems fulfilling or worth it anymore.
