im assuming u have little time to spend in the gym since u listed only 10 exercises so heres the most minimilast fb i would do:
1x pec deck
1x lat pulldown
1x t bar row
1x shoulder press
1x tricep pushdown
1x recline curl
1x leg extension
1x squat pattern
1x ham curl
1x hip hinge
1x straight leg calf raise
1x ab crunch

Seems good enough, there’s no pec deck nor t bar row, so should I just do incline chest fly and switch t bar row to cable rows?

Thoughts on Upper rest lower repeat?
i did it for like 6 months until may its good but progression wise fbeod is the best for me. u can do UL first and then switch to fb

If you're trying to be a minimalist but don't have a pec deck, I would just do a press instead, since it's more stable and the medial and lateral heads of triceps get some stimulus. For back, cable rows aren't stable enough, so do a chest-supported upper back row with dumbells on a bench

are u a beginner tho cuz if u are u might need more volume than 1 set to learn how to do shit well and how to gauge RiR
I could do upper lower with 2 sets, I understand what you mean. By RIR, I usually do 2 but I stop when I had a struggle rep.

Good
I dont like facepull, u can do other variations with dumbbells or even with a cable that will be better

I tried thinking of facepulls for the rotator cuff to make it better. You think external rotations with dumbbells would work better?

Worst split ever

Upper Lower/ PPL
10-20 Sets a week or dont bother.

If you think this split is good, you been brainwashed by tiktok.

Cope, do till failure.

This.
By my reply I meant his exercise choice was retarded not the split was retarded. I do think fullbody is the best split but I also think U/L and A/P is like 99% as good.

mirin? Or buns, I would add adductor but my gym doesn’t have one. Tell me please if I need to add something or change
good enough. Any changes would be pretty insignificant. Just see which one's you like and don’t like when you actually gain some experience:Comfy:

if ur gonna do UL or FBEOD why wouldn't you have lateral raises if your tryna frame maxx also why would you have shoulder press and incline barbell in the same workout

Bro lost his ball
na trust me t-bar row scientifically is also a lot better. I know feeling doesn't matter, but T-Bar row is a machine that is going to be easier to progressively overload. A dumbell is going to eventually get harder to overload and it takes way more time to setup a dumbell-chest supported rather than T-BAR

T bar row is good g it's just different muscles group since a normal row would prioritize latissimus dorsi and t bar row would prioritize Traps and rhomboids

he said chest supported dumbell row and T-bar row isn't that the same thing as a T-Bar but with dumbells??

I thought he was talking about T-bar row and not like t bar row with dumbells if so your right.

So 3 sets a week is ideal you utter retard ? @Gio pilled its proven by science that you need at least 5-10 sets for maximal growth and I have the studies.
