fear of MARPE

One of my fangs grew not on the line of tooth growth but just on top, but two dental clinics offered to put it in place without MARPE and only one offered MARPE so idk. Is that a narrow palate or not?
My mouth is super small so my nose to lips ratio is hell and my ipd is like 0.46 which is close to ideal i guess. Im scared that marpe would make my eyes close set and nose even bigger than my mouth width is that possible? also my midface is long and ive heard it could expand maxilla vertically for some mms which is also scary for me.
Plus im scared of balloon face effect cuz my lower third is kinda nerfed and it may appear even worse in comparison to wider midface.

i might just get braces and implant which will move the tooth in the line or do marpe+braces pls tell me whats better in my situation

Your palate looks pretty narrow, but with marpe your nose doesnt only get bigger your upper lip also gets bigger (I think). You will be good if u get it ans same your ipd
