Fear that isotretinoin makes me depressed

I was taking isotretinoin pills for about to 7 months with 15, while I had strong depression; so strong that I the first time was really in a psychologic therapy and took medications.
I am 17, started going to therapy again to learn what cases my sleeping problems and I am currently waiting for my date forbgetting professionally checked to having aspergerautism or adhd.
Need some serious advices and also if I still could take isotretinoin oral.
