Don't listen to the infants in replies, this is a good post, op. In fact it's more than achievable with just filler for the majority, so hardmaxxing will take it all the way. Hopefully you find a surgeon who does everything properly.

Yeah looks good buddy.

One advice: Forget about the hairline gains with finasteride and minoxidil this will never lower your hairline so much.
You seem like a good candidate for hairline lowering surgery which has in comparison to hair transplant no regrowth phase and looks more natural in my opinion.

But I share @ueeslayer opinion.
Most of this you can achieve with filler.

whats my biggest failo? and i think the morph lash / brow gains were modest tbh, with latisse castor oil dye minox rosemary oil eyelash curler and then a transplant for eyebrows i think its very achievable, ive already made gains since i took this pic

Oh well, I meant to make the point that this could be replicated with filler alone. Of course I'm an advocate for more invasive procedures but I do think you could minimize those if you wanted to save a lot more money.

dye wont look uncanny i have naturally dark hair my eyebrows are just too sparse to look dark
minox + transplant for sure

but my eyebrows arent a failo because of the eyebrow hair itself, it's unideal shape and position is a byproduct of a poor supraorbital ridge/general orbital bones. this is why i really really want orbital rim implants, ideally with more projection in my supras
plus my biggest flaw is my maxilla anyway, not to argue.

its also overkill for your face.
chin also looks retarded in the morph, not harmonious at all.
your trying to go for a hyper-masculine look but your pheno would be better suited to something closer to a prettyboy
given how dramtatic your morphs look I dont think this will harmonise and you have a high likelihood of needing many revisions + being unsatisfied. only real failos are your midface, eyebrows and hair density. if you want some enhancement to the lower third fillers would be best as rn its not a failo and surgery could easily botch you.

barely changed it, just mainly the verticality for a more dominant lower third since it's my weakest third. i get this a lot though, people say my chin in the morphs i make look autistic and overprojected, im probably too nd to see it. it looks completely ideal to me and i still fall in the ideal ranges of projection and pass lip assessments with it. (midface projection warrants mandibular projection as well)

absolutely right, again this is something more subjective and i must be too nd to see it because i genuinely dont understand how the after morph looks hyper-masculine at all. even if i wanted to maximize my potential to fit the archetype of a prettyboy, i still need to fix my objective flaws like lack of forward growth in my supras/maxilla. it will "masculinize" me either way.

youre right about my failos being midface, (nose in particular feature-wise) eyebrows, and hair density but with my eyebrows they're insufficient in position and shape because of the underlying supras. my orbital framing is poor in general, which kills dimo in my eyes and will subsequently fuck up my eyebrow low-setness and straightness. in short it's the bone, not the eyebrow hairs
yeah theyre sparse but thats easy to fix

also, at your age I had very dumb ideas about how later in life, you'd be able to ascend throught money, status, socializing, lifework and connection.
it is not truth. 100 % of men's value is looks and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

no measurements yet. my plan was ti start here (i am prognatn so i have a lot of pain in my jaw) and procede to improve middle face. woukd have a second surgery un korea for nose (nassl bridge), jawline, eyes, browbone etc etc and finish with youth skin treatment also in korea. reading this forum makes me wonder if i'm not just wasting time since i've got low ipd (6.4 mm)
