Yeah buccal fat removal only.

Will probably do DIY aqualyx for submental in a few months too, cheaper than liposuction.

Same lol, I'm doing it all alone aswell. On the morning of my first surgery ever (buccal fat removal), I drove to the capital city for 2 hours, blasting Love Potions on full volume from the speakers while being nervous AS FUCK .

i would NOT advise overfilling for most people. depends on ur base and genetics about fat survival rate, u cant predict that shi unfortunately

Even if you dont get to HTN+ (which I absolutely hope you will), you should still try out a lot of haircuts after your HT. damn that sounds pretty invasive. I'm planning to get my braces next month, but rn its looking like lower jaw surgery, inframalar implants a rhino, and probably canthopexy and a liplift other than that stuff lol. Im a good mtn now tho so it might be able to get me to htn+
