Feel like a big part of my problems comes from how my parents used to ignore me

As a kid from like 4 years old to 13 I always felt ignored by my parents and like they didn’t care about me for many reasons, I think this caused permanent damage that was worsened by everyone at my school hating me, when I look at the way I think nowadays and the patterns, it mm feels like many of them originated during this time and never really left
