I feel bad because she was born like this, she will never actually change her genes, even if she hardmaxxed and got a ltn she would still share his curse to his children, will all her bloodline have to get surgeries over and over?

It is better for her not to reproduce, she will cause less harm that way.

Also it is not easy to get 50k just to be average. You require intelligence, knowledge, low inhibition and motivation to get the money. Do you think she has any of them? I doubt she even thinks about getting surgery because of any of those factors.
