Feels like corporate job keeps me in constant state Money wise

Since 2 years i been doing this job everyday 9-5 the drawback is it just provides money which i can spend in a month and hence the money stays constant or very small increment im guessing at this pace even if i get increment at job would take me years to gain good amount of money

I need to make money now or i will be wageslaving till i get old Help me guys
