Feels like tretinoin isn’t working anymore

I was on accutane for around 5 months and got off it during may of last year. My skin was nice and clear during summer, and now it has been breaking out more in the winter and I’m starting to get more pimples.(mostly from ingrown hairs though) I cleanse everyday and apply 0.05 tretinoin at night time.

Try tazarotene i replaced it with tret and it worked
