You're fucking gay if you go to the gym and train your legs. Literally no woman will ever care about your legs or ass size. Every man's legs are a good size already assuming you walk around regularly. All training legs achieves is making your upper body look smaller.

As a bonus you'll also walk out of the gym as if you're trying to stop a buttplug from coming out of your ass cheeks after leg day and you'll be sore for an entire week.

I train lower body more these days, with extra emphasis on glutes. It feels good to have a full butt. Largest muscle group means most strength potential too.

What I love most about lower body training is the increase in testosterone which leads to an increased sex drive.

You burn so many calories from doing squats e.g. Not from the training session itself, but from the metabolic increase caused by all the muscle growth.

Dont do squats, overhead press, deadlifts, bench press. They will all make you shorter.

I only do deadlifts for legs, they don't hypertrophy your quads but still make your legs strong.

reduced range of motion in exchange for no risk of injury, you can make up for it with more volume, and it strains your shoulder joint less so you can also do more ohp.

But if you don't, the legs will be scrawny in time because the upper body will hog all the resources due to stress and constant muscle injuries.
 
I like to train legs because it burns lots of calories and it’s something to do when my upper body is resting.

Be creative nigga. No way you can outlift Alphadestiny. You get good stretch especially and stabilization on rings. Dips also works upper chest . Its pain in ass to bench heavy dumbbells cuz you need to put them into position first.

Op ir kinda right, but training legs, say squats, and to lesser extent DL, it helps a lot with increasing HGH, and also it ups ur metabolism a lot.

I agree huge legs aren't important, but I do legs a bit both for the metabolic boost, and that steing trunk helps with a lot of shit
