Female sperm storage (FSS) is the ability for female members of a species to store the sperm of a male to inside her uterus for later use. A well known example of FSS in within ants, where a queen ant will mate once in her life and continue to produce off spring from that one copulation for 30 years. This phenomenon is known to happen in other animals too, however it is under reported that this can occur in humans too.

When combined with concealed ovulation, FSS is a cucking mechanism. Before a woman is ovulating she can have sex with Chad and keep his sperm, whilst she has sex with you and rejects your sperm by choosing not to store your incells. When a woman is ready to ovulate she can release Chad's sperm to fertilise her oocytes. Thus tricking you into raising a child that is not yours.

"Infertility tests on sperm are notoriously unreliable, and this could be one reason why," Dr. Reinhardt said in a written statement. "Females could be manipulating sperm."
This is just a theory but has very interesting implications if proven true.

Some female vertebrates store sperm within the confines of their reproductive tracts by co-opting pre-existing structures such as the lining of the uterus, cervix, oviducts and vagina. This ‘make do’ approach to sperm storage has been observed primarily in mammals[...]
Animals that experience periods of lower body temperatures may be better able to store sperm because of the resulting reduced metabolic rates of sperm. Indeed, many species that store sperm are poikilothermic, although some mammals that store sperm have high body temperatures.
The above indicates that if a woman works out she will likely kill off stored sperm inside her body.
I didn’t want to ask, but can humans store sperm? Humans can maintain viable sperm in the female’s reproductive tract for about seven days. This is a fairly short period of sperm storage, and may be due more to the natural longevity of human sperm rather than the active storage by the female. For this to be considered short-term sperm storage, sperm must be unable to live equally long in a similar environment outside the female’s reproductive tract.

According to Shree IVF Clinic:
How long can your sperm survive outside the body depends upon where it is located? Outside the body, your sperm can survive up to 15 to 30 minutes if it is in a suitable environment.

If it is on a dry surface like a table or clothes, then it will die as soon as it dries up

Therefore sperm a woman's uterus can preserve the lifespan of sperm by 336x compared to the ideal environment's 15 minute sperm preservation.

The number of crypts containing spermatozoa (colonized crypts) and the sperm density per crypt were examined in serially sectioned cervices. In estrogen-pretreated cervices both the percentage of colonized crypts and the sperm density were significantly higher than in gestagen-pretreated cervices.
Large and giant crypts proved to be the main storage facility for spermatozoa. The localization of crypts along the endocervical canal did not influence sperm storage. The quality of semen appeared to be of critical importance to sperm storage.
The cervical mucus, on the other hand, contains live sperm cells for up to 205 hours after coitus, and on post coital tests motile spermatozoa and (not infrequently) even 72 hours following intercourse. It has been postulated, therefore, but not yet proven, that the endocervix serves as a sperm reservoir from which spermatozoa are slowly and successively released into the upper genital tract.
Essentially what this article is saying is that women store healthy sperm in cervical crypts, which are basically creases in the cervical tissue and release it through slowly expelling cervical mucus into womb for fertilization. 205 hours equals 8.5 days which indicates we do not know how long a woman can store sperm in her cervix and that upper limit depends on her genetics.

Even without the intention of cuckery, the mechanism of FSS is designed to increase the conception rates of sexual interactions. As healthy sperm are collected in cervical crypts whilst unhealthy sperms cells are rejected.

This paper also indicates that more feminine women are likely to cuck their partners through FSS because the mechanism of FSS is mediated by estrogen.
