Fertility on cycle at 17

My natural test is at 300 ng/dl (10 nmol/l) at age 17

I want to start PED’s but worry about my fertility

In specific 350-500 test and HGH 4’ius for like 20 weeks

As my natural test is already low, if i start test for life now what are the chances of me being infertile later on (15+ years)
And is it much better to be safer and run a PCT instead?

But then again my natural test is very low so idk,
