Hey I have few questions, so I started to lose hair after getting leaner than trying to put on some muscle. Stopping lifting weights has stopped the very aggressive shedding. (I was eating high amounts of fenugreek, and supplemented with ashwagandha and high amounts of protein powder.) I also cut out eating tons of protein and I just drink some milk and stuff.
Now on finastride (also will try to use RU and essential oils), I was wondering if there's anyway to become lean without building muscle? I know it's really hard because as you gain muscle your metabolism increases, and generally your eating tons of protein which burns like 5-20% of it just by processing it and generally is more filling.
Also Random Question:
Isn't Retinol bad for liver health? What are some safer alternatives??
