FGFR inhibitors and hypertrophy

Has anyone experienced strong atrophy on inhibitors like Erda or infigratinib and what compounds should someone be taking to prevent it

Already know I could have some deformity who cares I’d rather have physical problems than e2 caused cognitive loss.At least I’ll know I tried
