Dude what are you even arguing about. FGFR3 = Fibroblast Growth Factor RECEPTOR 3. how can Voso be an inhibitor when it does not bind the RECEPTOR lmao

Vosoritide is a downstream signaling inhibitor. It does not stop the FGFR3 gene directly, but rather neutralizes its effects further down the cell's pathway. It’s an indirect inhibitor. No doctor or scientist is arguing about this. Obviously it’s not directly inhibiting the receptor but the effects are the same as any other inhibitor. This is already something everyone is already well aware of. But arguing that it’s not considered a fgfr3 inhibitor in any way and shouldn’t have a place in this thread is illogical.
