Should i try optimising my fiber or is it cope and if youre a raw meat eating carnivore gtfo
And if you think i should then what foods would i need to eat more of

You don't have to eat that much but make sure to eat broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and white bread atleast
Do 100g oats then, whatever fits calories

Try replacing calories in your diet
Like if you eat 8 eggs, eat 4 and add more oats so it fits calorie goal

If you're trying to lose fats, try eating less fat like %15, eat more carbs like %60 atleast because carbs speed up T3 function like kale, broccoli, cauliflower. And rest is %25 from like plant-based proteins to avoid cholesterol

cholesterol is a killer and should be avoided at all costs. Ask your doctor about this, he'll say the same thing

50% protein?? are you insane? that is way too much
heres the british goverments recomendations

listen to them they know better
40% carbs, 40% vegies and the rest for protein
you dont need fat to build mucle
