I can’t fucking deal with nizoral does nothing sulfide works pretty well but I don’t want the fungus to build up a resistance to it which is why I used nizoral but I’m not 100% sure if a resistance has been built yet.

I literally need to change my entire life to combat this shit I heard a change of diet but even then I don’t have much control over what I eat I just eat what my mother prepares which is usually rice, bread, pasta and so on you get the point.

I attempt to not keep my room extremely warm so I don’t start sweating as this is a trigger to inflammation. I also attempt to not exert myself to the point of sweating I try to avoid a breakout of sweat as much as possible.

I also make sure I’m never stressed as this is another trigger.

Literally one of the worst conditions you can fucking have

I had seb derm for a few years now.

Meat-based diet saved me tbh, like 70% of the symptoms are gone.

Sleep 8+hours, eat low carb high saturated fat, low cortisol lifestyle and you will be fine. Take care of your gut by ingesting fermented food, bonus points for raw kefir.

But yeah, ask your mom to prepare you meals free of pasta tice and other shit. Sell her the idea that you will be better off, she will do it for you.

Fuark that’s a lot

I have this shit on my fcking eyebrows. I lost like at least 80% of it. They r now thinned out as fck. I haven't eaten sweets for a while, which has helped a lot because sugar promotes inflammation. also doing without dairy products helped a lot, they also promote inflammation. I've had a lot less itching since then. I like to eat pasta very often, I will probably have to stop if what Gargamel said above is true.
