Fightmaxxing is a scam.

I've been training MMA for a year and moved up into some heavier sparring and here and there get nailed.

The other night I kept getting cracked right in the centre of the face on my nose and i've spent the last 48hr in a hypo-modafinil induced panic obsessing over whether my nose was changed by the hits

but tbh i wouldn't mind a fked up nose so i have an excuse for rhino. it's the CTE that scares me. Sitting here with a light headache but trying to write with my left hand in the hope it causes some neurogenesis to reverse the brain damage that I have gaslighted myself into believe exists.

ogre sticks out more creating more halo/appeal, so if you enjoy fighting I think you should go through with it

been training mma for 5 years now and never sparred hard in my life, the only thing that happened to my face was that my jaw and chin got wider, my cheekbones got bigger and i literally went from a birdcel to decent amount of forward growth in my face.

it is indeed, too many niggas i know turned into ogres because of getting hit a lot in tha face.

Honestly its not about getting hit in a face, more like how good you equipped in a sparrings. My old boxing club has mad facial htn-chadlites and none of them got crooked or deformed features because everybody in helmet and 12-14 oz gloves
