over 50 mg in one day makes me lose 1 inch of height from getting rid of the water between my joints/vertebrae, 25 mg 3 days in a row does the same but not as bad, ideally no more than 50 mg split between starting 2 days before an event. i like 12.5 mg every morning (again starting 2 days before the event then stopping for a week after ur morning dose on event day) seems to not affect my height and gives a nice debloat. also 25 mg epl is good every morning on cycle i havent really not used it on cycle so i cant tell you if it works as well as hctz though i want to say probably. ideally you dont do any of this though if you arent on cycle as you wont need it.
just thought id share my experience. also dont bother with this if you arent 12% lean or lower as it wont do anything
