in this study he only gained 1.7cm total.. thats if we are sane individuals what we will do is inject twice the amount of filler in both the BALL and the HEEL of the foot, and gain around 3-5cm(calculated through anatomy of the fat in the foot pad)

now why do we want to do this? well LL surgery is 100k and realistically 150k for proper care and treatments like bmp-7 infusion and others to be done properly..

the max amount of inches you can gain from LL is 5 inches.. for 100k..

thats 20k per inch.. however.. this filler shit can grant you ONE inch and maybe one inch and a half for 1k to be done professionally and $150 to be done diy very good roi

as long as you go at a 40 degree angle, and dont go TOO deep, you wont hit that yellow vein u see in the heel fat pad in that anatomy diagram

i will be doing it soon with HA FILLER using around 60-80, 100iuinsulin syringes

im also thinking about looking more into injecting filler inside of ur knees to make u taller..

I was thinking about this in the gym after @Orka // Tilikum thread on height filler 1/2 months ago, if the main problem with height filler was migration why not use caHA, glad somone did. Aswell as instead of just doing the heel, do it on the entire foot to improve balance on posture.

Hes also mentally ill so I was thinking that I could probably convince him to let me experiment on him. Also caHA hardens way quicker if you had HA you would really want to put any weight on your feet for like 2 days. Wheelchair or clutches strat would be the way to go.

using an ankle weight and just walking around with it while smashing ur heels on the ground occasionally with it on

it could add cm to the arch of the foot slowly and maybe even give u perm height gains on top of the filler u can add to it and implants

2 inches looks uncanny going for 1 inch is fine from my calculation iam also 5,10 with shit posture so adding this and other height softmaxxes like glucosamine and stretch to fix posture to gain 2cm might help me to reach 6ft 0.5 inch barefoot

stretching could at most get u a cm of “permenant” height gains as in a good day or 2 of stretched out cartilage, but my posture is fine so i dont rlly gotta worry to much abt it
