That's why you have to cheat your genetics to get someone you otherwise wouldn't have gotten prior to surgery. That or have a surrogate have your kids with stacy's eggs

If you get a naturally good looking partner after you surgerymaxx, chances are your kids won't look as bad as you do.

Plus you just have to make sure they get a good development as children, that means a lot too
