fillers solve a completely different problem than bimax. bimax adjusts the position of your jaws and does not duplicate and mutiple bone or anything in your soft tissue.

while fillers cannot increase your bone structure by several mm in one direction or another. fillers are games with soft tissue and how it looks

my point is more for the slightly recessed people who are looking for anteface which i should have added to my post, the ascensions that come from bimax are from the face shape changes from big ccw rotations if you're very downward grown or if you have sfs and get a cw rotation and advancements of course, the people who have a good bite and are only slightly recessed which are most people here would barely benefit from bimax so they should be looking into other things and fillers is a way underrated option on this forum to especially increase their frontal attractiveness, if you have a class 2 or 3 that's even moderately noticeable then bimax is the way
