Fillers are underrated

I think fillers are really underrated.
If your flaws are fixable with filler you can literally pay a couple hundred dollars to mog for a year.

If you can get a good implant ascension then it's better than fillers, but the thing is that implants can shift. The difference is that unlike fillers, which you can dissolve if migration gets out of hand, you have to get surgery to fix a shifted implant.

yea but the problem with an implant is that everyone is going to know i did it, i kinda want to go under the radar as much as a can, atleast for a while

wouldnt implants only show up on an xray? So how would people know about it?
And why would you tell people anyways? Just say late puberty gave extra bone growth or something

So you think i should take a trip to poland or turkey or smth and then recover, come back and pretend like nothing happened.
I want a decent change without it being too obvious do you thhink my friends and family would notice 3-4mm

I guess but if you want 4mm of change people are gonna notice anyways
unless you spread out filler over like months so it has time to migrate

Yes and no. When it breaks down like its supposed to it looks reduced and I think eventually just looks like what it did pre filler. So if you are spreading out time between filler injection it would break down and migrate anyways, which implant would never do

Yeah and then the filler goes into your blood vessels and makes you blind
but yes supraperiosteal is better for looks than regular obviously, its just much more risky. So implants are still obviously better IF you can afford them ofc
