Is it worth getting fillers for inward gonions also would massater training help for inward gonions?

Masseter training would just make u more boxy and bloated given the fact that's a looksmin for inward gonions. You just need wider and forward projected zygos to atleast show some contrast relative towards the Inv gonions.

Can you post a picture of your case? Filler works wonders but because it’s only masking the issue and not solving the actual structural problem there are limitations so you need to decide on a case by case basis
