Are fillers a good choice for someone who has enough money to maintain them each year and doesn't need that much projection? No downtime, reversible, less risk etc. Are there any major disadvantages to fillers?

No. Fillers are temp. After 5-10 years your body cant handle them anymore and start sagging

I think they are quite good for jaw-line, not for zygos/orbital area.

No, but since never 100 percent of the filler dissolves 1 round will give you slightly permanent results. My chin filler from 10 years ago for width still has residual effects

fillers are superior for jaw angularity, it can sharpen just the angles. Depends on a lot of factors, post your face so we can judge it.

jaw implants can make you look bloated af. Almost never seen any good jaw implants from the front

Fillers for men are only legit:
-jawline
-chin
-infraorbital (maybe)

If you don’t go crazy and over the top with fillers they can be quite good, yes you get fillers residue for years so keep that in mind when you want a touch up for them to inject way less than the last time even if the result won’t be as striking

Did you ever get refills during these 10 years?

here's a pic
i need chin filler to fix my weak chin and jaw fillers to fraud a taller ramus. don't have any clear non distorted frontal pics rn but from the front my chin looks fine but i've an inwards rotated ramus so getting filler will also add the much needed width. after that i might experiment with undereye fillers because my infraorbitals are weak.

have fun lookin like this :lul: :lul: :lul:
