Hello! I have a problem. My philtrum is shifting to the left, and I don't know what to do. The photos show that the left side is significantly deviated. I'm stumped. I would be very grateful if someone knew what to do and could help me. I have braces. My bite is absolutely correct.

lower jaw is shifting to the left and since the bite is trying to correct itself, the philtrum shifts too imo
check if your lower and upper teeth are lined up

So, braces didn't help correct my bite? So what should I ask the dentist about?

you likely have a crossbite, its when the upper and lower teeth are not lined up from the front profile
its either dental (best case as its relatively easy to fix orthodontically) or skeletal (harder to fix as it is the lower jaw who's asymmetric and not the teeth)
ask him to examine which type of crossbite it is and he will provide you with multiple solutions accordingly

yea it is
notice how the line formed by the lower teeth sit further to the left that the line formed by the upper teeth
that explains why your chin shits to the left

Do you understand what methods are used to fix this?
honestly, ask your dentist and he'll provide you the best one (i hope)
solutions range from least to most drastic :
clear retainers (invisalign), braces with elastics (to bring the bite to a even ground) palate expanders (if the asymmetry is caused by a narrow palate) and finally jaw surgery
