Nope, even dut can lower only 60% of scalp DHT even if it blocks 90%+ serum DHT. With blasting test you'll be speeding the balding process and if you have balding genes you will bald even if you're on fin. Unless you have a huge stack with RU+fin+dermarolling+ketoconazole

why not look into topical RU? or Minox, doesn't fin just prevent more loss? iirc Minox helps regrow hair also.

Roids in general are a huge 50/50 for me,
on one hand it may help a bit w frame width etc since im 17
on the otherhand, im rather androgynous and hair > muscle in my case

you can halt whatever steroid you're using without any pct usually. most people don't run a proper pct, and recover. it will be hard for a short while but you can recover without

But if youre young and dont go crazy with it then taking finasteride is probably enough. If your hair is really important to you then you should probably take dutasteride and get minox and ketoconazole to be safe, once you lose the hair, especially on roids, getting it back is almost impossible, but preventing hair loss is way easier

How is the risk profile of dut compared to fin? More sexual side effects? Do you think with a high dose trt (150-200) someone should still take dut instead of fin?

On paper it seems like the side effects with both are equally likely. Mind you its hard to get dut for hairloss and it isn't FDA approved for it either. Only 100k men are on dut for hairloss compared to millions on fin. Dut will remove all 5 alpha reductase from your body which is required in your body for proper mental function and production of neural steroid allopregnanolone. Though dut would be better in saving your hair by itself compared to fin. I would stick with fin and get RU if I were to take test. Can't comment on your particular trt regime cause I don't know much about it.

I was doing topicals every 12 hours, RU at high dosage, fluridil, alfatradiol, fin preloaded for a month before the blast, etc, and then added duta, pretty much everything there is except topical estrogen cream. On just 350-450mg/week of test, and i think i lost some hair regardless. Im 1 month into PCT and some hairs are regrowing, so i don't know how it will end.
I suggest you go overboard, preload dutasteride into your system few weeks before the blast, get RU and everything else, and do your prayers. That's better than having to stop your cycle because you are losing the hair.

Some doc says that the hormonal changes don't show in hair until 2-3 months after they happen, that could be a reason for you to start losing your hair during PCT, not because PCT is more harmful to your hair, who knows. Im regrowing during PCT, but you just can't tell until several months later and if you took good pictures and some measurements.

Most people get into blast and cruise, because they can't handle the post cycle depression. If you are a mentally ill incel who just started gym, PCT is going to rkt you even if you take the PCT meds to speed up the process. The point of the PCT is to keep most of your gains too.

Probably not. It isn't talked about enough but testosterone can miniaturize hair follicles as well. Finasteride does nothing against it. That is why you should use RU as well.

Depends on compound. Fin works against 5ar, so a test compounds will work against hairloss with fin. When u use like tren it's already a dht compound so there is no 5ar and fin won't help alot.
