Potential side effect - penis length and girth shrinkage (no known way to reverse this as of yet and this is just one aspect of PFS)
Hair transplant is best, the hairs at the back of your head are more resistant to DHT and so less chance of balding. Also, verteporfin should be out 2023/2024 and your hair transplant should hold up no problem by then. Pyrilutamide seems promising, similar to RU but the fact that it's gotten past stage 2 trials tells me that it's safer and less side-effects, way safer than fin. All we can hope is trials finish quickly and it's on the market and FDA approved by 2024. If you think about it logically, there's no reason to take fin due to the life ruining side-effects, especially when two promising drugs are going to be on the market within the next 2 years that could result in you not needing to take fin.
