final aromatase inhibitor question

can you only nuke your estrogen at a standard / high dosage? or can you nuke it at a low dose aswell. (0.25mg Anastrozole ED)

im kinda confused on the whole nuking aspect as im going to hop on w/o bloods - in the future still doing research.

Does you estrogen only hit <1 if you fully blast an AI like High dosage for a long period of time. or does it only happen based on YOU and you can only tell from bloodwork.

the answer im trying to get is if i take 0.25mg anastrozole ED will that be nuking my estrogen or can i only tell from bloods.

It is possible to nuke it with lose dose and it is entirely different for everyone, so the only way to figure it out is on blood work

its pretty individual bro, but in general, people with higher bf% tend to aromatize more. If you aren't sure, the best thing to do is bloodwork. On a low dose like that, you are far less likely to nuke e2, especially on anastrozole (reversible), as opposed to aromasin (irreversible)
