I always see users here say something along the lines of “Go to the doctor to check if the growth plates on your wrist are closed”

The plates on your wrist literally close much much earlier than the ones on your legs or spine

Don’t know but I do know the spine plate closes super late like mid 20s so it would probably grow longer overtime compared to legs

while his wrists have grown significantly, from pencil thin to larger than average. He is 23 now

im not sure, he didnt have a swimmer body just a dad bod, crazy tho their legs r the same length as mine but spine makes them more than a head taller than me

5'8, my posture could use improvement im working on it. but i crack my back like a weird ass mf sometimes ive been injured from it so yea im stopping

my wrist is still increasing in size in the past year, so there's still a chance my spine grows then?

Yes, there's a huge chance you are still growing taller if your wrist grows in length
