final jaw surgery + implants design

i think there was like 2 degrees cw. definitely needed more. i shoulda asked for more in retrospect; posted designs here, didnt really know what to make of em, no one else said to petition for extra cw rotation at the time, but i definitely think it woulda been beneficial. instead of genio, my entire lower jaw was cooked as shit with a proper bite:

so with the sagittal split, my doc shortened one side of the jaw by nearly a cm and added nearly a cm to the other. chin is centered at least to the eye now, was 8mm off to the center before.
here's a photo a family member took while we were out today, so i cant pose it or anything, u can see the chin is naturally positioned in the center now.

still pretty swollen obv but the cheekbones and stuff are starting to come out. if chin still looks weird after a couple months i'll just get a little implant to sort it out; i plan on coming back fairly soon for the lip lift and maybe facelift and whatnot

Anyway their shouldve been a genio rotation and slight downgraft to unfold in conjunction with the downgraft of maxilla.

Gotta agree with this comment. Chin should have been rotated more. Would have improved the side profile in a more dramatic and convincing way. But you will probably be able to address that in a second round, along with a rhinoplasty (augmentation for the side profile), and liposuction of the submental/or a neck lift.

Your front profile has already improved, and things should only get better these coming months, as swelling subsides. By the way, cheekbones are standing out on that outdoor picture.

Good idea; I'll be talking with the surgeon around april to start planning for the next round around july. it turns out he opted not to add in the jaw implants during this surgery, i was mistaken. so maybe he can add in a mask next round that extends the chin downward like that and connects to the jaw. i'll show him ur gif

tbh your jaw looks pretty good idk if you need implants but I cant really judge until the swelling heals. Are you on healing peptides such as bpc, tb5, hgh

I feel like the peptides aren’t helping for my trimax recovery
If anything it makes it worse to me. 3 days off now and I’m deswelling at a steady rate

I was on KLOW , maybe extra angiogenesis promotes more swelling ?

We were initially going to do jaw and chin implants, but these movements correct most asymmetry. surgeon assured me if i want them, lip lift, nose job, anything else in the future he'd still be available. So we're just doing the main focus for now, which is fixing my structural deformities.

I've attached the skull rearrangements, movement chart, cheekbone design (4.5mm thickness), and plate overlays. And a selfie for my before pictures

Looks good, you could add some fat graft in the mentolabial fold. Also maybe around the implant.

doc has suggested grafting around the implants next session. still leaning towards rhino yeah. u sure mentolabial fat graft is the answer? my chin is still kind far forward, ao i figured we could genio it clockwise; could help that mentolabial crease and the jutting chin. lip lift still for sure.

I mean yea you can redo genio but you might need fat either way, rhino is smart but you need a good surgeon who is good at debulking it. Jaw implants seems not needed

yeah ive tried tretinoin and azelaic acid and some others and nothings working for it. Definitely gunna have to go for a harder fix. I'll maybe try one of those laser things first where they fry off the too layer or whatever the hell they do. Haven't looked into it much, getting my skull in check first

some of the bone graft fragments were jutting out of my sinuses causing a constant nose bleed since surgery so doc just reached up there with tweezers and started yanking grafts out. Wasn't a very pleasant experience, but now I'm breathing in hd. Used to sound like darth daver if i tried to breathe through my nose. now its nearly identical to breathing through my mouth. heading back home in 12 hours. been ready to come back for a while

lips and mid face around the leforte cuts are still very swollen. nose is starting to look larger proportionally as the rest shrinks down. rhino is definitely calling

late getting back to the thread cuz i was really messed up. eyes got messed up and i couldnt open em for 2 days. surgeon said he was having difficulties but managed to get it all done according to the original plan, with the cheek implants and jaw implants he surprised me with.

you can see im not instantly a chad or anything, but this hopefully with my speech and the irregularities from my developmental issues.

hctz. i can spam it without worrying because i drink a gallon of skim milk every day so i get a ton of potassium. maybe it didnt do anything; i couldve just healed more. but today was a big difference in my upper lip swelling compared to before so i felt like it made a big jump

Fixing your coloring and getting better contrast by dyeing eyebrows while growing your hair into a style that fits you better will also help so much. You might think I'm crazy but those things alone will make a bigger difference than this surgery

my skin is pretty shit ik if i could fix that itd be a good boost. growing the hair out now. lip lift and rhino definitely coming in 5-6 months
