Final Plan

I been posting in this section almost daily for the last couple weeks now and I want to get a confirmation of my final plan before being ultra focused on my work and business which is what's going to pay for my procedures. I will make a thread in a couple months detailing how much I have made starting from pretty much zero and how I did it. The plan is to be able to afford everything within the next 3 months, I know you might say I'm crazy but it's really not even crazy at all when you break it down. I'm looking to see if you guys think this is a correct plan or if anything needs to be added or taken away. Advice always needed lol. I'm thinking of doing otoplasty and genioplasty at the same time how long would I have to wait till I can do the eye area procedures and also the jaw filler?

Plan 1:
Genioplasty 4-8k usd
Fat grafting Infras and Supras + Canthopexy + Ptosis Repair + PRP 5-6k usd
Invisalign 4-5k usd
Jaw Filler 1-2k usd
Otoplasty 2-3k usd

My other plan inolves bimax but after doing research and looking thru @lurking truecel threads I don't think there is a high enough roi for me to do it.
