I always thought mewing doesn't work to ascend. PAST the age of 12 orso.
But that it will halp Giga alot, for young children, to mew, hard food maxx, and not mouth breath..
I thought for adults. mewing was just, so to not get worse looking, and get worse teeth. but no gains possible much
