Can’t be bothered to supplement with electrolytes. That’s why I do Eplerenone. Also most ppl already know the risk and supplement with potassium. I don’t think it’s really a problem unless your sub triple digit IQ.

Stick to topical I promise
Initially you see nothing
In month 2 you wake up everyday looking filled.

Also it can cause dark circles but I didn’t really see a difference. You can try it some ppl don’t get as much bloat. If after month 2 you see no changes your probably fine.

Ofcourse totally agree, theres really alot of diuretics, u should just use the best one FOR YOU! for example while MD183 gets well along eple, for me it doesnt do shit, it depends and u should use whatever u prefer

Most diuretics don’t have a long enough half life. Also you’ll need to be supplementing with diuretics until you hop off. It’s better just to not take Oral Min.

Yes switched to topical and my bloating went down massively. I only use it on my eyebrows and I use a lash serum on my lashes.
